Tokiwa's main store is a tax free store (excluding some tenants). A mere 5-minute walk from JR Oita Station, the store has 8 floors above ground and 2 underground levels along with a 4-floor annex building known as Tokiwa Kaikan.With 42,500 square meters of sales floor space, Tokiwa offers a wide range of high quality products as well as many cafes and restaurants. Visitors can apply for tax-free shopping status at the information counter located on the 1st floor and exchange US dollars for Japanese yen at our currency exchange on the 5th floor. The exchange is open daily between 10 am and 7pm.Along with a variety of credit card options, shoppers can also use Alipay or Wechatpay to pay for their purchases.Business hours at the main store are between 10 am and 7 pm while Tokiwa Kaikan remains open until 8pm.
